The Drug and Alcohol Regulations know as 49 CFR, Part 382, require that you provide training to your supervisors and drivers regarding alcohol misuse and controlled substance abuse. The Regulations also requires you to establish a testing program for alcohol and controlled substances at your workplace. AND, the Regulations says that the training MUST be CURRENT and ACCURATE.
This Program is the ONLY program available which includes ALL of the changes and updates to the regulations since they were issued in 1994.
